  Place the original tags and unworn garments into the sustainable packaging provided, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
