Gloire de Guilan

Cupped blooms opening flat and loosely quartered in a beautifully clear pink. An informal, rather lax shrub with fresh green leaves. Particularly disease resistant. Grown in Persia for attar of roses, the flowers being deliciously fragrant when warm.
